Section 147
Sadhak should not be decided until the time of appeal
(1) According to section 145, the decision of the applicant shall not be made until the appeal is filed.
(2) If there is an appeal within the time limit as per sub-section (1), the case shall be heard from the merits of the appeal after deducting the costs of the seeker. However, if there is an appeal of only one of the persons who will be punished, the same appeal shall be decided by Roh in the case of the person who did not appeal.
